Plans and design notes

Planning notes are dated and describe intent at the time they were written. Once work starts, the decisions move into ADRs and the detail into issues. The live order is the priority:P0–P3 labels on the open issues.

• The next epics, and the order they go in — reach, planning and trust: which epic comes first, and why.
• Plan: the desktop power shell — the plan behind ADR 0003, now shipped.
• Plan: launcher actions on the desktop — “New task” from the dock, the app menu and the jump list, and the single-instance guard they need first.
• Attachments and the Android share sheet — the design and phases for attachments; phases 0–2 have shipped, and the rest belongs to the interop epic.
